Get to Know Us

The Stanford Business Association was created in 2011.

Our mission statement:

“To create awareness of local businesses to the community, build relationships between local businesses and help new or existing businesses improve and grow by sharing the expertise of our existing members”


As fellow business owners, we appreciate the struggles involved in keeping a successful enterprise up and running and also have found the value of networking with each other. It is our hope that we can provide some help and insight as far as doing business in the local area and this will begin a relationship with the SBA that will benefit us all.


We are a very community orientated organization. Staying connected with our town is vital and we do it in many ways such as :


  1. Members attending Town Hall meetings

  2. Members join on town committees such as the master plan review board.

  3. We have been collaborating with other town organizations to make Stanford Community Day a thriving event.

  4. We work with the Lions Club to create the annual Stanford Parade of Lights

Regular membership meetings are held on the first Monday of each month.  We encourage all members to attend so we can have a broad range of ideas and input.
